EVALUATING THE MADRASATI PLATFORM FOR THE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM IN SAUDI ARABIAN EDUCATION DURING THE TIME OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The platforms are the pinnacle of technology and digital development in 21st century. However, until global COVID-19 pandemic, most schools did not employ these as new teaching learning methods. Ministry Education Saudi Arabia established Madrasati Platform gateway to distance-teaching for all Saudi' education levels from 1st 12th grade academic year 2020-2021. This platform is one essential programmes Arabia, related many supplemental educational tools. data involved this study was collected three teachers. paper presents results an evaluation relation teachers' perceptions its use primary distance platform, advantages disadvantages. main findings firstly that teachers should possess technical knowledge about how which highlighted need intense training courses both students order create foster a successful environment. integrated designed meet needs parties involved. typically neglect attend asynchronous virtual classroom on (iEN channels other uploaded videos) focus only synchronously (live) Teams. Therefore, some recommendations Arabian stakeholders improved development, also proposes paths future research.
